Opposites Attract; Chapter 4/10

Title: Opposites Attract [Chapter 4/10]
Main: Super Junior
Genre: Romance, Comedy, AU
Rating: PG-13
General Summary: School is one of the most common places to fall in love in. And also to get your heart broken in.
Chapter Summary: Han Geng really can't stand Heechul anymore. And who's the person Eeteuk came to see?

“Woah!” Han Geng yelled when Heechul clutched him and forced him out of the classroom to the cafeteria once the bell rang, signaling that it was lunch time.
Heechul ignored his cries for help as he queued for food and proceeded to his usual table with Kangin.
“Hey, who's the new guy?” Kangin slid over to make space for Han Geng, whom Heechul forced to sit down between them.
“I'm Han- Ouch!!” Han Geng yelped in pain as Heechul slapped him on the back.
“I didn't ask you to talk. This is Hankyung. He's from China.” Heechul informed Kangin.
“It's Han Geng..” Han Geng faltered when Heechul made as if to hit him again.
“It isn't anymore. Now your name is Hankyung.”
“Oh come on. Don't torture the new guy.” Kangin said kindly. Despite being best friends with Heechul, he felt sorry for Hankyung. “Why are you interested in him anyway?”
“I am not interested him! It's just for fun.” Heechul smirked. “Besides, we're buddies now.”
  “I don't wa-”
“Shut up and eat.” Heechul ordered sharply.
Han Geng had enough. He got up to leave, but Heechul said, “Official school rule, new students must stick with their buddies, and you can't change buddies once you have one.”
Having no choice, Han Geng reluctantly sat down and ate quietly, killing Heechul in his head while he and Kangin chatted away endlessly.

Two tables away, Donghae shook his head sympathetically. “Poor Han Geng.”
“Han what?” Eunhyuk asked between mouthfuls of food.
“The new Chinese guy in class.” Donghae pointed towards him.
Eunhyuk looked where he was pointing and nodded in understanding. “How did he get stuck with Kim Heechul?”
“Heechul actually volunteered to be his buddy. Can you believe it?”
“Buddy? More like torturer.” Eunhyuk laughed heartily.
“Oh I just remembered. I have a soccer match tomorrow. You'd be coming right?” Donghae gave Eunhyuk his best puppy eyed look.
  Blushing, Eunhyuk nodded furiously.

  “It's so crowded!!”
Eeteuk clicked his tongue. Maybe bringing Kyuhyun wasn't such a good idea after all. Kyuhyun could be really annoying at times, especially when he was whiny.
Pulling Kyuhyun along with him, Eeteuk rushed to the front seats and sat down contently.
“Isn't this exciting?” Eeteuk turned to his friend, his pulse rate increasing rapidly.
Kyuhyun had pulled out his PSP and was already deeply engrossed in his game.
“Just as I expected.” Eeteuk gave up on Kyuhyun and began looking for the person he had come to see.

  “Why am I here?”
“Cos I'm here, stupid.” Heechul answered matter of factly.
After an entire day with Heechul yesterday, Han Geng learnt to accept that kind of answers from him. It was already rare enough that Heechul actually bothered to reply him.
“Why aren't we going to the stands to watch the match?”
Heechul ignored him and continued leading the way up flights of stairs.
They finally arrived at a room high above the audience seats.
Pushing the door open, Heechul pulled Han Geng in with him and shut the door.
Han Geng took in the sight before him. The small room had a window overseeing the soccer field and a table along with 2 chairs and mics.
“You're the....” Han Geng struggled to find the word. He doubt he'd ever learnt it.
“Commentator.” Heechul finished his sentence, settling himself in one of the chairs smugly.
“How the hell was he chosen?” Han Geng thought, bemused. “Did he threaten the principal?”
“Yah! Stop daydreaming. Sit here.” Heechul gestured to the seat beside him and focused his attention to the field.

  “Kyuhyun!”
“What?” Kyuhyun looked at from his game irritatedly. His scowl changed into a pleasant smile when he saw his friend approaching.
  “Donghae!”
Donghae threw himself on Kyuhyun happily.
“Are you playing for the match?” Kyuhyun asked when Donghae finally released him.
“Yup! Oh and this is Eunhyuk. Can he sit with you guys?” Donghae yanked Eunhyuk forward.
“Sure. This is Eeteuk.” Kyuhyun motioned to Eeteuk, who gave the two a warm smile.
“Ah. I know. Head boy right?” Eunhyuk said, recognizing the dimpled smile boy who always appeared on stage to give speeches.
  Eeteuk nodded, blushing slightly.
“I have to go now! Bye~!” Donghae caught sight of the time and dashed off with a hurried waved.
Eunhyuk waved back and sat down beside Kyuhyun, who had already returned to his game.
He turned to Eeteuk, and noticed that he was signaling something to someone down at the field.

Eeteuk mouthed “Good luck”, and gave him a thumbs up sign with an encouraging smile.
Kangin grinned and mouthed back “Thanks” before disappearing into the changing room.
